Because puppies can sleep as much as 18–20 hours a day, they benefit from shorter, more focused visits than adult dogs. A visit might include toilet breaks, feeding, play, and gentle handling to break up their day and give them reassurance while you are out. These sessions also lay the groundwork for good habits, from settling calmly to beginning early training with positive reinforcement, as well as early socialisation through experiences like meeting friendly dogs, crossing the road safely, and greeting people calmly.
As your puppy grows, visits can adapt to include short walks, practice with skills like recall and loose lead walking, and careful introductions to the outside world. Each visit is flexible to your puppy’s stage and personality, making sure they build confidence step by step in a safe and supportive way.

As an alternative to daycare, I can offer packages of visits throughout the day for young puppies who can’t be left alone for long. These provide regular toilet breaks, company, and play without the need to book several full solo walks, making them a practical and good-value option for early puppy care.
Once fully vaccinated, puppies on these packages have opportunities to join calm walks with steady adult dogs, giving them gentle, varied experiences that help them grow into resilient, well socialised dogs.
Each service is bespoke, tailored to your puppy’s stage and routine, so please get in touch to discuss options.
