Trent Dog Walking provides dog walking services in Nottingham and nearby areas. Walks may be individual or in small groups.
While dogs are in the care of Trent Dog Walking, every reasonable step will be taken to keep them safe, secure, and under control in line with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
Dog owners remain legally responsible for their dogs under the Dogs Act 1871, and all dogs must wear a collar with the owner’s name and address as required by the Control of Dogs Order 1992.
Owners must inform Trent Dog Walking of any health issues, injuries, or behavioural concerns that could affect safety or welfare.
Dogs may only be walked off lead with the owner’s consent and in safe areas.
If a dog becomes unwell or injured, the owner will be contacted immediately. If the owner cannot be reached or urgent care is required, Trent Dog Walking will act in the dog’s best interests and take the dog to its registered vet or the nearest available practice.
Payment and cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Trent Dog Walking holds public liability insurance.
Trent Dog Walking collects and stores personal information only as required to provide dog walking services. This may include your name, address, contact details, and your dog’s information.
The lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interest in providing the agreed service.

Data is kept only while you are an active client or for one year after your last booking unless required longer for legal or insurance purposes.
